Terri has lived in Southern Maryland since the age of 3. Her family migrated here from Pennsylvania and she still remembers moving day and her red tricycle!! The first house she sold was the home in which she was raised. This proved to help her understand the emotions and all the facets involved in a real estate transaction. Terri has been involved in the real estate industry since 1980. Terri began her career and worked in many facets to learn the industry and tremendous problem-solving skills. Terri resides in La Plata with her husband, Tony and their two sons, Zachary and Matthew. Terri also has her mother, Mercedes Vaira, reside with her family. In addition to real estate Terri enjoys watching her sons play soccer and baseball and is active at her church, St. Ignatius, Chapel Point.
